Effective October 28, 2026
This notice explains what AnchorPoint Reliability Group LLC collects through this website, why, and the choices available. Reading and downloading the publications never requires an email address, a sign-in, or a form.
If you choose to subscribe, we store the email address you entered, the exact wording of the consent you gave and its version, the time you agreed, the page you subscribed from, and the publication and version it was offered beside. The address is used only to send future editions, practical reliability examples, and occasional AnchorPoint updates. It is not sold, rented, or used for unrelated marketing. Email delivery is not switched on yet, so nothing is being sent today. You can take the address off the list at any time from the email preferences page by entering the address you used, without needing a link or an email, and any update would also carry a personal unsubscribe link. Downloading a PDF does not subscribe you.
If you send a note about a publication, we store the note and the page and publication version it refers to. An email address is requested only if you want a reply, and it is used for that reply alone. Feedback is never added to the update list automatically.
We measure page views and clicks on publication and contact buttons in our own database so we can tell which material is useful. Events record the page path, the publication and version, the button pressed, the referring website and campaign parameters when present, and the time. They do not record names, email addresses, the text of feedback, raw IP addresses, precise location, or device and browser fingerprints. A random identifier stored in your browser is used only to count distinct browsers over a period; it is not linked to your identity, it resets when browser storage is cleared, and it is deleted when you turn measurement off.
We do not run third-party advertising or behavioural tracking scripts, we do not sell data, and we do not build profiles of individual readers. Activity is reviewed in aggregate. Administrator and internal activity is excluded from the reported figures.
The website and database run on the Base44 platform, which stores records on our behalf. Email delivery, when it is used, is handled by the platform’s email service. These providers process data only to run the service.
Inquiries submitted through the contact form are handled separately, as a business request: they are stored with the details you provide and used to respond and to manage the engagement.
Subscription and feedback records are kept while they are needed for the purpose they were given. You can ask for a copy or deletion of your records, or for correction, by writing to contact@anchorpointreliabilitygroup.com. Unsubscribing marks the address as unsubscribed rather than silently deleting the consent record, so we can show that the request was honored.
You can stop activity measurement for this browser. No further events are recorded and the random identifier stored in this browser is deleted. The publications, downloads, subscription and contact options keep working exactly as before.
Write to contact@anchorpointreliabilitygroup.com. You can also read the publications without providing any information at all.
